Windowware Pro Product Updates Policy

Windowware Pro can support any window covering product from any manufacturer, with every set up customised to the manufacturers specifications.

We maintain all of the products and prices for every brand we set up no matter how big or small the manufacturer is. We're always willing to improve our offerings by adding new brands as our clients need it.

Upon signup, one of our support staff will take the time to learn about the brands and products you carry, to make sure we completely understand the set up required. From here each brand is individually set up and prepared to be used, set up of a new brand can usually happen in around 1 week from recieving the price list and information.

A question often asked is: "How do I use your system if all my products are not currently entered?". The answer is simple. Our quoting software allows for many custom type options when building a quote. Meaning you can choose the Manual Add type and add any name and price for a new line item on a quote. And even though you may have to manually enter an item it won't keep you from building a complete, all-in-one proposal for your customers.

Either way if we need to set up all of the brands you use, it doesnt take long, and its really important to us that we make sure every users experience with our software is a great one.
