More specifically it provides unique selling, quoting and business management tools for those selling Indoor/Outdoor Blinds, Curtains, Shutters, and other related items. It's everything you'll need to carry your business through the 21st century.

Windowware Pro offers the only cloud-based solution with an extremely robust Products Configurator. What is a Products Configurator you may ask? Well, it's the heart of our system. And if you are wanting to generate quotes and orders in the customers home then it's an absolute necessity. It does all the calculations on the back end so you can be sure that ALL product and option prices are figured correctly. Calculating an accurate price demands structures that may include: grid-based pricing, single line pricing, width based, height based, flat list, flat net, percent based, square metre based, add for shutter frames, divide overall sizes by two or three, sub option grids, number of panels, etc.

Building a system to accomodate just one manufacturer or pricing structure would have been simple. But we wanted to create an unrestricted system that allows dealers to build their businesses the way they want. And that meant having to address all the complexities of various pricing options.

If you've been looking at ANY other software solution, be sure to specifically ask if their program can do what ours can above. It's a very important question because 99% of the other programs don't. And if it can't, then it's back to hand quoting from price grids with a calculator.

Absolutely not. You only pay the initial setup and your first 3 months fees which includes everything to get started! There are no contracts to sign either. Once your setup and first 3 months fees are paid you are all set. After the first 3 months your monthly subscription will begin. If you decide to cancel after that time you can call or email and we will stop any recurring charges. Please keep in mind that the initial setup and first 3 months fees are non-refundable once your account is turned on. You may only cancel future billing at that point.

None! Quote as many products on as many lines as you wish. For example, if the first line item on a quote is for a dining room window, and the customer wants a cellular blind, with curtains, tracking and pelmet above... No Problem. Simply add all four to that line and it will total them all.

Currently an auto generated order form that's brand / product specific can be emailed to each manufacturer with a single click. We are currently adapting the software to allow for order forms to be exported in any manufacturers/Suppliers format or order form. Future enhancements include features such as EDI, allowing orders to be sent directly into each manufacturers system.

Excellent question and the honest answer is, "It depends on you." Most dealers can activate a handful of products, add company info, configure a few other settings, and start creating quotes and orders within just 30 minutes. Others may take a few hours to set up. And should you have numerous sales staff, installers, office personnel, etc., it will take some extra time to configure their unique logins, user levels, and so forth. Also, the greater your product range of products/brands, the more time it will take to configure them properly.
